Terre-Sainte Station Area, Coppet

The densification projects around Coppet station, the idea of a bypass around the historic center of Coppet, and the gradual strengthening of mobility in the Terre Sainte area require an integrated approach to urban development and transportation planning.

The study offers a reading of the Coppet–Commugny centrality, with particular attention paid to the interplay between different scales. It explores the potential impacts—both of implementing or not implementing a bypass—through a series of scenarios, each revealing a specific territorial vision.

A multi-criteria evaluation is then proposed, aiming to highlight, through traffic effects, the potential for redeveloping the Bourg crossing, developing the station area, and enhancing public spaces across the Coppet–Commugny centrality.
