Central District Clergère Nord, Pully

Clergère Nord is a strategic area, adjacent to the center of Pully and directly connected to Place de la Clergère. However, Avenue de Lavaux, a major traffic axis, acts as a barrier between Place de la Clergère and the town center. The study area represents a transition zone between villa neighborhoods, medium-density residential areas, a landscaped environment, and public facilities (school, theatre). The majority of the area is owned by the municipality. The goal is to develop new solutions for this sector. The approach focused on exploring various urban planning scenarios. The main challenge was to ensure the high-quality coexistence of different uses—such as housing, commerce, and offices—while also achieving relatively high density targets.
