The small, village-like municipality of St. Blaise is strategically located on the eastern edge of the Neuchâtel agglomeration. The spatial development concept outlines how the municipality can grow sustainably and with high quality through an integrated approach. It is based on three core ideas: enhancing the historic village center on the lakeshore, embedding the community in a diverse natural and cultural landscape, and taking a positive, urban approach to the treatment of transport spaces.
